1. Services

Pippin is an AI-powered digital agency that provides website development, content creation, automation workflows, chatbot development, and business operations services. Services are delivered by AI agents and may involve human oversight where appropriate.

2. Communication

You may contact Pippin via SMS, email, website chat, or social media. By initiating contact, you consent to receiving responses through the same channel. All conversations may be recorded and stored to maintain service continuity.

3. AI-Generated Services

Our services are primarily delivered by artificial intelligence agents. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

AI-generated content and code should be reviewed before production use
We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before deployment
We will make reasonable efforts to correct issues identified during the review process

4. Pricing and Payment

Quick tasks: from $25 (small edits, simple automations)
Full projects: from $300 (websites, chatbot builds)
Big builds: $1,000+ (complex systems, multi-platform integrations)

All pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. We will not charge you or begin billable work without your explicit approval of the scope and price. Payments are accepted via Zelle and Cash App.

5. Scope and Approval

Before starting any paid work, Pippin will provide a clear scope of work and price estimate. Work begins only after you confirm and approve. Changes to scope may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated and confirmed before proceeding.

6. Delivery and Revisions

Completed work will be delivered through an agreed-upon method. Reasonable revisions within the original scope are included. Requests beyond the original scope constitute new work and will be quoted separately.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to use general techniques, tools, and non-proprietary components in future work. We do not claim ownership of your pre-existing content or data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for losses resulting from your use of AI-generated content without proper review
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Create illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
Harass, abuse, or threaten others
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access to systems
Generate spam or unsolicited communications

10. SMS Terms

You consent to receive SMS responses and service updates
Message and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan
Message frequency varies based on your interactions

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for work already completed and approved. We will provide any completed deliverables upon receipt of payment.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through our website.
